Hotel should be cleanliness.

Hotel should be cleanliness. Only one staff to handle guest. Late response to changce the room couse of not clean. Should provided the receipt upon check out course of printer damage.

Promise to email receipt but untill now i didnt get my bill.

Good stay

Near to monorail (chow kit station). I just park the car at the hotel.

Only one iron in the ironing room (at level 9). The ironing room quiet far. I stay at level 3 and I have to go to level 9.

1. Location near subway 2. Near restorans, to find food at night. Near 'pasar' and UO store.

1. Cleanliness of the room. Feel itchy when sleeping T_T on the bed. Cant sleep well. 2. Went to iron room on level 5, there was no iron there. Only 1 iron serve each floors (only at level 5 and level 9) 3. Facilities in the room a bit old. Including the fridge, pillows, toilet.

Staffs are good help and friendly when i asked to change...

Staffs are good help and friendly when i asked to change room.

Room is very very smelly and durty. Balcony also not enough light and the air-condi very old. Door dont have enough lock, quite unsafe. Locate may good for Malaysia's pp but not good for traveler. Never come back.

Cheap but not worth a cent.

Room space & the mini fountain with koi fish at the main entrance.

The water was yellowish color, when ask the staff his answer was it's just shade. I dont know what the shade he's talking about but when the light in the bathroom is white, you can see clearly the color of the water. Other than that, the ironing facility, may I just say that I havent been to a haunted house that scare me compare to the ironing room & why is the ironing board wet? Furthermore the front desk was not really helpful, when we make an inquiry regarding the room service, its seem they didnt understand what they need to do. Need proper training for that. overall, thank God we only stay for one night.

Eerie experience in Room 906, lousy rooms at level 3, facilities not meeting my expectations

The hotel location and staff.

We had an super eerie experience while checking in at Room 906, especially the toilet area. My mum asked to check out after using the room for 5 hours. Room phone was faulty.

disatisfactory cleanliness , desk services and maintenance. about 2 hours wait b4 check in.

we took family room. the room is ok big in size. the king size bed is comfortamble. very close to food stall.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was bad. The flush in the toilet did'nt work. The floor /carpet were musty. the overall and ambiance of the hotel looked like neglected without proper maintainance. Wifi..very bad..can't get access even at 3.00am..the desk staff said..it has been like that for a long time even he made several complains to the management. I will not stay at this hotel in future and won't recommend it to others.

The worst I've ever experienced:(

We arrived late with 3 adults and 2 children so didn't have the time to look for elsewhere. The room was very dirty, I had to put a clean towel over my bed to sleep on as it was stained and didn't feel comfortable sleeping on it. I have never stayed in a hotel that has built in speakers in the corridor ceiling playing loud music all night. The phone in the room did not have a number for reception and didn't connect through, and with the language barrier it was impossible to talk to the receptionist. We had a mini bus driver who took us around sigh seeing, without him we would not have been able to stay at this hotel as the receptionist wanted a Malaysian address to add to their system with my British passport as she couldn't understand or write English. The driver had to give his so we was able to receive the keys for the room. Would definitely not recommend to anyone.

Not a pleasant stay but can save money and nearby to GHKL and IMR.

The value of money and nearby to hospital Kuala Lumpur and IMR.

The washroom could have been maintained better.The shower handle broken and water splashed everywhere.Room can be renovated into a better condition.
