Hotel should be cleanliness.
Hotel should be cleanliness. Only one staff to handle guest. Late response to changce the room couse of not clean. Should provided the receipt upon check out course of printer damage.
Promise to email receipt but untill now i didnt get my bill.

disatisfactory cleanliness , desk services and maintenance. about 2 hours wait b4 check in.
we took family room. the room is ok big in size. the king size bed is comfortamble. very close to food stall.
The cleanliness of the bathroom was bad. The flush in the toilet did'nt work. The floor /carpet were musty. the overall and ambiance of the hotel looked like neglected without proper maintainance. Wifi..very bad..can't get access even at 3.00am..the desk staff said..it has been like that for a long time even he made several complains to the management. I will not stay at this hotel in future and won't recommend it to others.
